A.) Exchanges only: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value.
B.) Within 30 days of purchase: All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After that, we cannot accept any returns.
C.) Shipping at buyer's expense: We do not cover the cost of return shipping. That will be the responsibility of the buyer. To make a return, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for a response from us, where we will provide you with instructions for how to proceed with your return.
3.) Pack up the item securely and send it back to us using a shipping method of your choice. Be sure to include your original order number in the package.
4.) Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in good condition, we will issue an exchange for the item of your choice.
